Cons
As with any small company, things can move fast and it's a learning curve for everyone (that's also what made it such an exciting workplace!).
The people were great to work with for the most part. It's a small team which means everyone pitches in and connects with each other.
Cons
Uncomfortable leadership that is not equipped to deal with people. I heard many problematic things (like not even considering OT for employees that make less than 60k, which is literally the law), to microaggressions in the workplace. They often play favorites and are not shy to let you know who the favorites are.
