Mason is an incredible place to learn and grow. The team is filled with some of the smartest, most capable marketers I’ve ever worked with—people who are truly passionate about their craft and bring unmatched work ethic every single day. If you want to be surrounded by marketing experts, dive into hands-on learning, and be constantly challenged to level up, Mason is that place. I gained invaluable experience working here, both professionally and personally.
Cons
The pace can feel overwhelming at times—think marketing bootcamp or basic training. It’s not for the faint of heart. If you’re not ready to hustle or want a super cushy environment, this might not be the place for you.
