      Pros

      The employees and some clients were the highlight of working there. It was a smaller company so you really got the opportunity to bond with your coworkers.

      Cons

      SEVERELY underpaid some employees and overpaid others, even at the same level. They preached professionalism while upper management was anything but professional most of the time. There were very clearly favorites chosen by upper management and it showed.
