      The are not sure if they have the budget to retain their best analyst, so they are losing a lot of top employees. pay below market value

      Good health insurance and benefits and perks for the employees.

      Cons

      Management needs to not micromanage. There was favoritism with management and supervisors towards regular employees. Too much hassle to get to a decent pay.

      The hours, being able to dress as you please (not business attire)

      Cons

      The management was horrible...it is big brother always watching you. If you accidentally click on the wrong application you are instantly questioned. If you go to fast you are pulled into the office, if you go to slow you are pulled into the office.
