-Time off policies are strict, generally you do not have sick-time or vacation time, its condolidated in your "paid time off earnings" .National holidays are deducted from your earned paid time off as well.
-Pay is not so great; pay is under market
-Extreme revolving door, employees come and go very quickly beacuse of the office culture and management
