      Pros

      Majority of the people are hardworking, collaborative and interesting to work with. The benefits are good, flexible schedule in some areas.

      Cons

      Communication is poor and there is a lack of operational transparency, many decisions are made offline by people who have limited knowledge but are in a senior position. Promotions are based on who you know.

      Pros

      Beautiful location, Wonderful patients, Rich learning experience, A lot of hands on & self guided work, Self initiated writing and publishing opportunities

      Cons

      PI was very unorganized and not present, Long hours and complicated schedules, Location-location-location (despite the beauty, it is a bit far can be difficult for clinical trials given patient adherence. Even if there is a shuttle which helps- snow days could be brutal). I was also there when they let go of a lot of staff- which was dis-concerning how quickly they were willing to drop loyal employees. I didn't get let go, but it was worrisome and changed my perspective on loyalty to Partners.
