Business Outlook
Pros
Remote working (So Close), flexible hours, great health benefits, challenging work, exposure to new technologies, some really knowledgeable colleagues, job security, pension.
Cons
Menial salary increases, job security makes some lackadaisical and unmotivated only working to collect their pension, static title/job advancement, have to pay for parking, offices moved from the outskirts of Rt. 95 to inside Rt. 93 on the Mystic river (Too Far!)
