      Very smart people around you. Very focused towards the ultimate goal of increasing process efficiency and making good customer rapport.

      Cons

      Sometimes, they don't care about employees work in the sense that proper direction is not provided to get the results.

      Good IS Support, good resources, great patient care, great outcomes. Good infrastructure. able to transfer from one unit to another.

      Cons

      lots of politics. Parking Parking. Pay is poor. Inflexible time management. System tolerates poor performance. Lots of first time job seekers

      People are very friendly and always willing to lend a helping hand. Good benefits. Tries very hard to reward excellence and give recognition to those that deserve it.

      Salary is on the low end compared to industry average. Management's communication to employees lack in strength and in a timely manner.
