      Pros

      Working for an organization that is truly dedicated to excellence. Management is truly dedicated to providing the employee with a positive work environment.

      Cons

      As with just about every organization I've been involved with, the HR department is the worst part of the employee experience. More fully explore telecommuting ('Connected Workplace") as a full-time option.

      Pros

      Fantastic Hospitals! I enjoyed working with great nursing staff and attendings who are well versed in their fields and conduct excellent of research.

      Cons

      The hours just like any other residency are demanding. Some attendings, just like in anywhere else, are malignant. The communication b/t different hospitals could be improved upon with more collaboration.

      Secure/Steady, Good people, respect work/life balance

      Cons

      Change is slow to be incorporated, because it's secure people tend to hang around forever and can lead to complacent employees, sometimes just plain boring
