Pros
Great benefits, tuition reimbursement, discounts on tuition. Massive discounts on pretty much anything you can buy. One of the best hospitals in the world. You learn a lot because it’s a teaching hospital, not just for students either, it’s definitely an environment that prioritizes educating their employees as well as the students that come there to learn. Every position I have worked with has taken time to teach me new things almost every day and to me that is just invaluable.
Cons
As with most jobs, it can sometimes be a little bit toxic. Not necessarily because of the employer, but just other employees.
