- Inadequate time off - Leadership is only focused on the bottom line, even if that comes at a cost to safety, quality, or employee well-being. False company "values" are touted by the Medical Group but leaders are not held accountable for living up to them. Lack of trust and psychological safety.

Benefits are outstanding Scheduling 6 weeks at a time Shift differential Outstanding providers Supportive supervisors Friendly atmosphere among most staff Supportive coworkers

Cons

Base hourly rate significantly different across MGB facilities and department for same role and same experience. Lack of diversity Entitlement Cost of parking (certain areas) Cost of living is outrageous but rates barely increased Living paycheck to paycheck Need to work multiple jobs to make ends meet 30 minute break (not enough time) 10/12/16 hour shift, only 30 minutes No eating/drinking at desk, so you only get 1 meal a day even if you work 12/16 hours
