      Noble cause, welcoming culture, smart people, good location at assembly row, good pay, good health insurance

      Cons

      Poor 401k match and only starts after a year of employment, no performance based bonuses (haven't been through a year end review yet, so not sure what yearly pay increases look like), inability to negotiate more than 2 weeks vacation time - I went from 4 weeks in previous role to 2 weeks here, intranet site doesn't include all employee reference tools all in one place

      The lack of supervision. Lack of advancement opportunities. Limited encouragement to attend continuing education conferences. Focus on productivity over patient contact.
