      everyone works very hard and believes in the mission of the organization

      Cons

      salary is low and benefits for a non-profit are not in line with what other organizations offer; can purchase additional time off, but that really digs into take home pay; ability to have a flexible schedule (WFH, etc.) is completely dependent on your manager and same rules do not apply to all staff; high level staff are often too busy to help

      Good benefits, normal schedule in the office I was in, well known company

      Cons

      An overall attitude that shows preferential treatment to people in higher positions, felt like a class system with admins receiving little respect or thought as to how to include or engage them in feeling like a valued part of the organization.
