      Renown. Large. Patient centric clinicians. Easy commute other than downtown Boston. Able to engage significant amounts of development monies from outside vendors.

      Cons

      Top heavy management in terms of headcount and salaries. Consistently expect general clinicians and staff to work extra days and hours without compensation. Pay raises limited to 1-2%.

      No health care benefits for employees you would think they would promote a healthy work environment being they are in healthcare. No room for growth $2k tuition reimbursement that doesn't even cover 1 night class. No employee/spouse/family activities Managers afraid to make decisions
