      Pros

      I have been at Partners for just under 6 months and have had nothing but a great experience so far. The new building at Assembly Row was built to promote collaboration and teamwork and as far as I can see it has served its purpose. I have felt welcomed since my very first day. I am on a great team that is there to support and help each other in any way they can. The benefits that are offered are very competitive. I highly recommend Partners Healthcare.

      -Benefits -Pay -Some managers encourage shadowing other departments

      Cons

      -Gossip, lots of it. Best to keep your head down and not talk to anyone because people make assumptions. -Little room to move up. The worker bees are just that and will never be anything more. If you're one of the lucky ones who knows a higher up, great for you. -talk about work/life balance but it's simply not true at this organization. You sell your soul to this place with little to no recognition. - Gossip/rumors
