Had a chance to meet and work with great people. The team was nice and supportive. The pay is better compared to similar roles in similar companies in the US.

Cons

The management is a bit toxic. They don't know what you are doing and keep criticizing for no reason. 5 people left the data science team within the last year and it must be a good sign for the higher management.
