Pros
The people in your work group, for the most part, are amazing to work with. Work is challenging, but rewarding. Free food.
Cons
Senior leadership is tone deaf, we are being forced back into the office regardless of whether or not it makes sense for your team. Many of us work with our off-shore partners and are on zoom calls for most of the day; to be made to come into the office and sit in a phone booth (all open seating) to fill a quota is the opposite of efficiency.
