Pros
Management cares about their employees - very generous when things are going well. This year, the company paid bonuses despite not meeting prior year performance goals and senior management took responsibility for that.
Cons
Can't speak for the whole company but in my department, higher ups are trying to reduce costs as much as possible and instead of replacing employees that have left, responsibilities get distributed among remaining team members.
