      Good benefits and generally good work/life balance.

      Cons

      Salaries were mediocre and salary reviews were frustrating. Lack of innovation - the "old-timers" had enormous influence and generally kept things going the way they were 20-30 years ago. So slow to change. And I think that's why I saw younger smart people who were doing a great job suddenly give notice and be on there way.
