      Pros

      The people in your work group, for the most part, are amazing to work with. Work is challenging, but rewarding. Free food.

      Cons

      Senior leadership is tone deaf, we are being forced back into the office regardless of whether or not it makes sense for your team. Many of us work with our off-shore partners and are on zoom calls for most of the day; to be made to come into the office and sit in a phone booth (all open seating) to fill a quota is the opposite of efficiency.

      Pros

      Good benefits, relaxed work environment, allows you to bring your authentic self to work each day.

      Cons

      Some people in upper management / the Executive Leadership Team are out of touch with those lower down the totem pole in their organization. Large changes are made often to technology and our system platforms without requesting feedback from the people who use the platforms PRIOR to implementation. It’s hard to do your job with a dozen half-completed platforms to access information from.

      -Benefits and comp -Boston campus is beautiful

      Cons

      -Legacy employees with 20+ years with the company stuck in their ways; -Leadership prefers to not admit the teams have operational issues; -Finger pointing cultures; -Lack of proper behavior that is courteous and professional at leadership level (hard to model after leaders)
