      The agency I worked in had a great culture. It felt like a family; everyone is going through the same thing when you start out in the position. It is not easy but if you work hard, you will succeed. You have the flexibility to do as you wish as long as you produce and hit numbers. You could theoretically take 6 months off if you hit your numbers in the first six months (but then who wants to loose out on the potential to make more money for the next six months of the year!?)

      Difficult to manage learning everything you need to learn, as well as going out and finding clients.
