Pros

Big company benefits. They actually had a full time physical therapist available for employees. It is a beautiful monolith building with Italian marble walls. Decent work hours and environment.

Cons

There is lots of snow during the winter and you might not be able to find your car in their huge parking lot. Typical large company politics, but that is to be expected.

Pros

Lots of autonomy and flexibility. You can do a lot of things here as long as you declare it as an outside business activity. Much better than a Northwestern Mutual, I was there for three years and got sick of there BS about Whole Life

Cons

No base salary for producers. Most reps will never make over $100k. The industry as a whole is sick and needs change.

Pros

Great compensation and benefits and flexible schedule.

Cons

Anything such as marketing materials or trying to do evens is expensive with this company, be ready to join an am spirit group or you wont get much from this job. Also be ready to train your self because the managers here do not tell you what need to do in order to sell certain products. Best advice do all the training listed maybe tedious but least you would get paid.
