      Pros

      Great products and services. Stable company and they are very diversified. The customer service is a amazing. Has mutual company benefits.

      Cons

      You're on your own to pay for everything included licenses, seminars, etc. This is because it's a mutual company. No base salary, you only get a subsidy on the business you submit. Whole life is preached to be the cure all product.

      Pros

      Resource managers are great, if you are not on a project, work/life balance can be good

      Cons

      Promotions are not given, salary increases are very low. Seems like job openings are predetermined, can't move up. New metrics system/daily huddles and low cube farms are horrible. Would you like to sit 7 feet away from someones face and watch them pick it all day?

      Pros

      You have a flexible schedule and everything you produce is on you. You truly have to earn it. Training received is very strong. Techniques for referral generation are very effective. There is no limit to how much you can make. You truly get to help people make good financial decisions.

      Cons

      VERY difficult to get your practice off the ground when starting. Helps to have a network already in place. no salary, so you have to produce in order to receive supplements and bonuses. Not for shy people, you have to be hungry and willing to push your comfort zones.
