      Pros

      Great leadership from management. They allow room for independence and creativity. I like how I don't get micromanaged, and get recognized for my achievements

      Cons

      Due to the nature of the business, there's a high turnover rate so it's depressing seeing people go. We are in the process of hiring more managers, but it needs to get done quicker.

      Pros

      The senior members are very knowledgeable and willing to help you advance in your career in sales, and some of the products are the best in the industry

      Cons

      -They expect you to start by selling to your family and friends, and don't provide you with any leads - very difficult if you don't have a good network and just got out of school, even though they assure you that you can succeed if you want - all commissions: No salary, No guarantees.

      If you want to make money its possible to do so. If you have any doubts, don't forget that you are in sales.

      Cons

      They don't care how you do it, as long as you bring a check you are the man. Not the way someone can sustain a career in my opinion.
