Pros

Met some nice people and thats it,

Cons

Place is run like a puppy mill,They charge for phone calls, business cards, envelopes and a desk fee. They make you work with a partner who takes half the fee after you set up appt.Management hopes you leave so they can pick up your renewal fees. Also be careful what you sign in way of contracting. They prey on young college kids to get the parents and friends to sign up,and once that is done so are you. They provide no leads or financial support.STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pros

From an IT perspective you get exposure and experience to the latest Technology. The people you work with are the best asset and make the job worthwhile. They pay well, although it could be better since the money they offer is not enough to stave off any competition. flexible hours -- although this depends on your manager, which could change at a moments notice. work from home options -- although again, this depends on your manager and some feel the need to micro manage more than others.

Cons

No consensus of direction from Executive leadership. Talk to several difference Executive leaders and you'll all different visions from all of them. SDLC is not structured for IT infrastructure --- huge amount of stress. This is not due to the SDLC process itself, but the lack of any real effort to make it work for IT. Overall SDLC process is a nightmare. For IT, you are the Subject Matter Expert if something is broken. If it's a Design or Architecture question then the experience and perception is your Expertise is null and void. Summary for IT staff -- If you like working in the movie Office Space and having your Expertise ignored -- come here!

Pros

Free parking, salad bar and a gym

Cons

No room for growth and the compensation was horrible. Two years without a raise due to budget cutbacks. No health insurance to speak of. They switched to a health savings account and people quit just to find jobs with health insurance. They are not interested in talented long term employees. Employees are an "expense" and they make sure you know it. After our department review came out, they came up with an action plan to improve our department. Six months later not one idea had been implemented. I was told in one performance review "be thankful you have a job".
