      At MGH, you are on the cutting edge of technology and learn about all the latest advances. There are endless possibilities to learn there.

      Cons

      The wage was not as competitive as I would have liked because you are paying for the prestige of working at MGH.

      Constantly busy with this academic Institution Plenty of career advancement opportunities The name of the Hospital The benefits offered are one of the best I've seen

      The Politics of this Hospital are one of the worst I've seen - its almost like a caste system. If you are at the lower end.. you aren't treated very well
