      Pros

      Mas General Hospital is a great place to work. I love the environment and the benefits are pretty decent too.

      Cons

      One huge con- lots of over time hours. Although you are compensated for them, who really wants to work 60+ hour weeks?

      Horrible Place to Work

      Pros

      Provides excellent, top notch patient care. Location is great.

      Cons

      Majority of management is "deadwood". Nurses in outpatient units are managed by "non-nursing, non-clinical managers". There is no recourse or protection for employees or nurses when needed again poor treatment by management. Human Resources Department is useless to employees. Only option is to leave. Nursing pay scales are poor.
