      Supervisors and managers usually look out for themselves. Many jobs have been eliminated yet supervisors make 2 to 3 times as much as those who actually carry out the work.

      Given autonomy to provide clinical service. The reputation of the organization is very positive. Professionalism is strived for in all areas of hospital functioning.

      Cons

      Difficult to get to at time. Large environment makes it difficult to feel connected to co workers. Co workers tend to leave right after work due to distance traveled to get here.
