      - employees are chronically underpaid -- MGH preys on young professionals, many who are in masters programs, who don't know their worth and will work them to the bone with minimal training for less than $20/hr

      Pros

      Comfortable working environment where I got to learn a lot of new skills. There was a good work/life balance and the senior staff were very invested in the professional development of all of the junior researchers.

      Cons

      The pay was not very good, although quite standard for entry level research roles in Boston.
