      Pros

      Company is very employee friendly. You learn something new everyday. It's a great place to work and grow. Work life balance. Supportive and understanding management . Great benefits

      Cons

      The only downside I feel is the incentive plan. There's a room for improvement in that area. Apart from this I can't think of any other cons.

      The pay was not what I expected or desired, for the level of work I needed to preform on a daily basis
