      Fast hiring process, organized onboarding, and they don't really micromanage unnecessarily

      Cons

      I think they could pay more. It's fine for now. Benefits seem expensive to me.

      Freedom in Work, if you don't like a project they will give you another. Work life balance.

      Cons

      You have 15 days of banch period which should not be applicable.

When a contract is thirty day's out from completion, we initiate a pro-active marketing campaign to line up another project for the associate.
