Many time's there is work that is completed behind the scenes and can easily go unnoticed. Our HR team (Associate Care Partners & Immigration Associates) are very thankful for your kind words. It is in the best interest of both parties for us to negotiate the highest possible rate. We have been very fortunate to be able to pay our field associates well and find them additional opportunities after thier current project is completed. Our percentages of the billable fee's is very much in-line with industry standards.
