      Besides payment on time and very little help on job change nothing else is good in this company

      Immigration is really good, You will be paid on time and queries addressed sometimes

      Cons

      All you managerial contacts work from Noida, hard to get in touch with them, many times I felt my recruiter is overloaded. Also they take higher cut compare to other consulting firms. Relocation, Bench Policies are very very tricky. I never got a straight answer from HR or Recruiting managers but very long conversations ends up having no clarity all times. No organized structure to address employees queries, Definitely needs lot of policy improvements or clarity on policy’s. They promise all before joining then you find all are tricky later..
