      Pros

      Great co-workers and partnering agencies to collaborate with. Opportunities to work remotely when needed pending your manager.

      Cons

      The many company mergers and acquisitions have made for a disorganized and dysfunctional organization with lack of vision for growth. I had 5 managers over the course of 1 year. The leadership is antiquated in there strategy and way behind competitors in the industry always trying to catch-up. The ability to get creative approved and into rotation is always delayed due to the arduous product and legal approval process and the constant change in strategy or a new reward card offer being thrown into the market to drive product sales.

From reading the points that you have shared, it appears that you may have accidentally provided input for another company. There is another organization that has a very similar name (MasTec). They may or may not be the organization that you are referring to but we are not in line with the structure that you wrote of.

      Worst company to work

      Pros

      The company pays on time, also overtime is paid.

      Cons

      The entire office department works from India. When we reach out to them for any payroll issue or HR-related questions, they are not available. You will not meet anyone in the USA, and everything happens online. I found myself terminated all of sudden when the projects got completed. They are not helpful to employees for transitioning to another project. I did not find this company legit.
