      You have to communicate your presence periodically for being promoted. once you are deployed to project they think as job is done

Our HR department has made advancements to not just respond to questions but to proactively reach our to our associates as a courtesy. There are times where there is a delay in receiving information of that nature from our clients and we welcome & encourage those notifications from all or our associates.
