      Pros

      Mastech Digital is really very comfortable for employee and I love this company, and I can say the following pros. 1) Everything is transparent 2) There is no delay in salary 3) Great company for GC filing 4) Timely updates from Managers 5) Immigration team is fantastic and very strong as well 6) Petition Approval rating is very good

      Cons

      1) No company match for 401K 2) Medical is bit expensive otherwise nothing to say for cons.

      Mastech does not stand up for its employees

      Think.. Think... Think....... Think................. Not getting anything.

      Cons

      It is not a good company for H1 candidates. They suck your blood when you on a project and puts you and your family in troubles when you out of the project.

      Good consulting company to work for..if you don't mind not having benefits or vacation.

      Pros

      - Good solid 40 hours every week. - Overtime is available if approved by the client you're working for. - Great career opportunities depending on the client. - Excellent way to gain more experience and improve your skillset.

      Cons

      - No benefits - No vacation or paid time off - You could be let go by the client and be out of a job at any time - You feel disposable most of the time - Your hourly rate can only go so high before it is "capped."
