      You can run your own show. Management does not Micro Manage.

      Cons

      They do what every other Staffing agency does. The Company does nothing to differentiate itself.

      Dear Office Associate, Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We encourage our associates to take ownership of their activity and coach from there. It's an approach that we have used for many years and it has been working well in our favor. Thank you for the compliment. IT Staffing is definitely the core of our business but we have made a few maneuvers to expand our services over the past few years. They include practices in eLearning & Salesforce.com and the recent acquisition of a Data & Analytics Consulting company!

      High Shop, Vapid food

      I didn't see any except the infrastructure.

      Cons

      -High Shop with Vapid food (nut shell) -An organization managed my inexperienced kids -Hire and fire policy -You will be dragged into politics even if you are not willing to get into it -To survive in this company, you should be a "Yes-Man" -Training is a real torture. -Screening system is a real failure
