Many of our benefits have been recommended by our associates and we are always interested in hearing more. Work from home has been a common request and we have implemented more and more scenarios where work from home is an option.

You'll definitely find good infra, and other basic amenities, pay on time

Cons

1-It's more of school/training center where the management usually expect placement from an individual asap as soon as someone completes the training part, no matter what if he/she is able to put a proper Boolean string or not. 2-Favoritism is something which ruined out the momentum & others get demotivate bcz of that. 3-There is a very particular format in CRM channel, nothing to explore as an individual to get new things. 4-Similar way to deal with everyone either a fresher or a experience candidate 5-Overtime is something which is really horrible & i was not able to get the actual reason behind this apart from leading recruiters to negativity, and high cost to the company with minimal results.

1. Management understood my personal situation and at times i worked from home to support my family which is big support and most of companies don't come with open culture like Mastech has. 2. Team activities, Group cohesiveness, MBR meeting to help your skills to grow on lacking areas. 3. Extremely talented pool of team members and managers with solid US IT recruitment process knowledge which helped me grow professionally and move to next level. 4. Positive competition among team member is soul way Mastech is growing and will keep growing with right leaders currently in play. 5. Company provide meals, health insurance, cab pickup and drops, incentives, festival bonus, internet expenses etc..

Cons

Mastech has all good things to talk about but there are some limitations which individual need to overcome in order to succeed instead of blaming organization environment and culture.
