      if you want to make your life hell join mastech digital

      Pros

      salary on time good infrastructure Great chance of growth if you have capability to do overtime at least 3 a week you will enjoy working in sameer shrivastava team who is vice president of Indian operations.

      Cons

      mastech is not a single company they are divided into 3 parts. but in actual they are 3 enemy working for same company. You will hate other team member and if you don't your team leads will make you hate. Trust me they have team leads who will became like headache in your life. They them self don't know the basic recruiting skills but they will act like that they are king of recruiting and too Much of OVER ACTING. and some of them call them self "Motivational Guru" But IN Reality they are "demotivational Guru" If you do a small mistake they will make you realise that you have done a crime. too much of politics and over acting which becomes indigestible sometime. ridiculous incentive structure

      Pros

      Mastech Digital's new leadership has a strong vision for growing the company, positioning core services in the Digital Transformation space, and a clear plan for achieving their goals.

      Cons

      Shares the common challenges of any firm in the IT Staffing industry today. Its a people business and so the "product" poses a vast area of delivery challenges.

      Training, Benefits, working on your own.

      Cons

      Mandatory 6 days a week 12 hours a day, No family life. Required to work in extreme weather conditions.
