      Great company to settle down with

      Pros

      1. Work life balance: In emergencies you can take work from home, leave early (upon manager's approval) 2. Food & Games: Pantry is full of fresh foods, beverages. Has indoor games like TT, Foosball, Pool table etc. 3. Good salary and lots of comp benefits like transport, equity, leaves etc.

      Cons

      1. Lack of interesting/challenging projects. 2. Lack of Vision 3. Process is not defined in so many areas.

      - Learning opportunities are many and varied! - Good focus on interpersonal skills - Excellent infrastructure - Employee's voices are heard.

      Too much of an emphasis on networking and extra-curricular activities.

They have brought many idea's that we have implemented and the results are some of the points that you mentioned. In our business we have learned that networking can be key ingredient for success. Those activities are not a one size fit all. Everyone has different forte's and we look for opportunities that fit's our people on an individual basis.

      Pros

      Great benefits. Highly professional HR and overall culture of company.

      Cons

      Not much personal life. Managers are rude and they will own your weekends. Lots of regionalism within employees. Speak native language over English.
