      Pros

      Great people and good culture. Ample Flexibility . If you are good at networking, you can take the benefits of a huge organization working across various sectors and functions.

      Cons

      Unpredictability. The pressure to find projects and work on firm initiatives apart from projects. Quality of work. And the offshore model.
