      If you are in US, their immigration team is good.

      Too much bargain on salary Typical bodyshopping though

      Pros

      Good compensation compared to my previous Consulting job. No overhead of status reporting to HR or other people at the company about my work.

      Cons

      No holidays/Leaves/Sick days in the first six months of employment. Leaves after the first six months are not sufficient. Health insurance offered for single employees is not cost effective compared to whats available at the marketplace.

      Mediocre benefits, zero growth opportunities, non-existent marketing and placement department. Annual reviews never happen
