      No Project Security for contractors through Teksystems.- when I was already serving my notice, It's just said apologies to me because of it's client breakthrough for a agreed project. Yes, it's tried for a new project for me. But it took time

When our team is made aware that a project is coming to an end, we start to re-market the associates skill set out for other opportunities as early as thirty (30) days from the project end date. There are multiple factors that can influence that but we do our best to locate another opportunity. It's in the best interest of both parties.

      The weather conditions can be harsh at times. Staying hydrated is a task.

      Awesome Immigration and process oriented

      Pros

      Very good at immigration process, Quick GC process and Pass on the extra hours worked compensation. Very honest and no hassles or issues.

      Cons

      Leaves first year are less, but you can take as many as Loss of Pay or on need basis.
