      Pros

      Good work environment. Growth is there if some one is ready to take challenges. Salary come on time every month.

      Cons

      There are few related to admin and other support depts. But that is manageable.

      I have been associated with Mastech for quite some years now and I feel it has given me the best platform to work and also manage my family life efficiently. I feel obliged to work with people who not only motivated me but also helped me in managing my goals.
