Pros
Master Electronics is a family oriented company where hard work and dedication are rewarded. The culture has evolved into a first class example of a great place to work, where people are valued and doing significant good in the community is encouraged. Medical and tuition reimbursement benefits are excellent. There is also a great scholarship program for employee dependents. Unlike publicly traded companies where you're just a "number" at the end of the day, you can make a big impact at Master and truly see the needle move with your work... if that is important to you.
Cons
The company is growing really fast, hence some growing pains and heavy workload. Could add a few more annual paid holidays or a couple more "floater" days.
