In my 26 years of work experience, I've had several jobs, but until coming to Master Electronics I never thought about what I did for a living as a career. I was welcomed from day 1. My work was openly recognized and appreciated. And my thoughts and opinions were sincerely valued. I am not alone in this feeling and it why we have such a low turnover rate compared to others in our industry. We're proud of the fact that we are not an overly "corporate" culture. Our senior management is a highly approachable and respected group. And how much they value their employees is demonstrated regularly.
Cons
We are a quickly growing company and there are some "growing pains" associated with this. Some level of patience is required, but worth it.
