Pros

Masterbrand Cabinets actually cares about it's employess. They give you PTO (paid time off) to handle your appointments and other things. Also they give you an incentive check every month for every hour worked. Masterbrand also pays you a decent wage.

Cons

The downside is that you never really know what time your getting off and that's early or late but that's just a small con to me..

Fast pace, challenging environment, plenty opportunities to learn and obtain extended responsibilities, set up to be the biggest for many more years

Cons

Gap on strategic thinking, too many director/vp levels not making any real difference, less is more on this aspect, respect for diversity can be improved
