Pros

MBCI has great people in the organization and the benefits are decent. Great salary in a low-cost town.

Cons

Jasper is not a friendly town to anyone not from the area. The town is very cliquey and if you're coming straight out of college it will be difficult to enjoy your time if you're not used to it. Several employees commute up to an hour just to live in Evansville, Bedford, Louisville, etc.

They love to have people who are all ways thinking of a faster safer more efficient productivity.

Cons

They don't really listen to the machine operator or the packers. That would be out the chain of command.
