Great work environment and an awesome place to start/grow your career. Fun working for the number 1 cabinet manufacturer in North America.

Cons

Seems like some of the projects are extremely micro and irrelevant. You must be able to see the big picture on how six-sigma and continuous improvement work to maintain motivation.

Pros

Awesome hours during peak season very friendly people easy work. An awesome schedule. Very in-depth peek orientation of the warehouse and work they do they do care about your health make sure you do morning stretches and make sure everyone has the proper gear to perform the job at hand.

Cons

They change the schedule whenever they want and feel fit you think you might be getting 40 hours you end up getting 30 25 also the language barrier with some of the workers makes the work a little harder. If you go through Express employment you get three points if you call in two of those points can you cross over to master brand you only get 6 points when you supposed to have 8 if you work 480 hours this supposed to be able to cross over to master brand if they see fit at the end day its up to the supervisor.
