they have good benefits, and decent pay. paid time off on all major holidays. and yearly paid vacation. also 79.5% discount on all cabinets purchased through company

Cons

lots of mandatory overtime/occasional weekends. Company at times finds itself distanced from its employees. temps get increasingly hot during the summer months as they have to turn the heat on to keep humidity down
